With the market being as crazy as it is in the Austin area… you want a real estate agent like Chris helping you find the best houses available, and navigating you through the process. He is always professional, it’s very easy to communicate with him, and he’s extremely detail oriented. Chris helped me get the perfect home for me! I think of myself as a picky buyer (as we all probably are). He took the time to get to know exactly what what I was looking for and made sure that the places we looked at satisfied that criteria. He put up with my random texts and questions about properties. Once under contract, he made the 30 days to closing process a breeze. I wasn't in town for some of it and knew I could count on him to continue communications and get it across the line. Everything from communicating with the sellers, appraisals and inspections. I would 100% recommend Chris if you're looking for someone that is not only knowledgable from the real estate side, but has experience in financing, can put you in touch with the right people for re-modeling your home and is a generally great guy that will look out for you as a client!
