My wife and I made a huge life-changing decision to move from Minnesota to Austin, TX. We have no family that lives here but were referred to John and several other Realtors from a close colleague. After interviewing 5 of the recommended Realtors we selected John. The reason we selected John is that he spent the time to understand our needs and wants in a home. It was the best decision we could have made. In a two day span, John helped us see over 20 homes and even made a last minute trip to see our future home before we had to leave to MN. He helped us navigate through a lot of complicated waters with our home up for sale in MN and the home in Austin. His communication was par to none, his negotiations were spot on honest and fair, and out of the whole experience my wife and I gained a life-long friend. Buying a home is a huge decision. If you are looking for a realtor that put your interests first John is your guy.
My father, who is a Realtor in Boston, recommended a few real estate agents in the Austin area and John was one of them. It did not take very long after we met John to realize he was the perfect agent to help my boyfriend and I buy our first home. From our first interaction we felt like John actively listened to our needs and asked us thoughtful questions to understand what we were looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable on the Austin and national housing market. He was patient and very responsive when we wanted to schedule a showing or had a small question. John went above and beyond to make sure we understood every aspect of home ownership. Working with John made us feel less stressed about a process that can get complicated and overwhelming. If we buy a second home in Austin, we will hands down ask him to be our agent again.
Our experience with John was great. He knows what you want and then goes out and finds it for you, every step of the way his was on top of it. John is always available for even the smallest questions and will get you an answer asap. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new home! My family was relocating from Texas to California and we had a small window to sell our Texas house and find a new house in California. John and his team were a wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful. We received timely responses to our phone calls, text or emails. A very professional team that was there for us through every step of the process. I'd recommend his team to anyone looking for a home in the areas in which he and his team can provide support. With their help we found the perfect home within our price range and the family loves it. Even saved us some money at the end of it all. We couldn't be more happy!
