"This review is for Watters International Realty but more specifically, Christian who was our realtor. My wife and I bought our first house and the whole experience can be daunting and stressful to say the least. Most people suggested we don't need a realtor since it is a new house we were buying. I'm so glad, I didn't listen to those people because without Christian, we would feel lost. He was our champion throughout the process. He kept up with EVERYTHING that was going on. From picking a house to closing, it took 14 months and Christian helped us stay on track the entire time. Anytime we had a meeting with the builder, Christian, would compile notes and then take the responsibility of following up with the builder to address things that came up during the meeting. He would also point out things that we had to take into consideration like warranty, loan, inspections etc. His input was extremely valuable and it helped us make decisions for our home. The thing I value the most about Christian besides his professional expertise and vast knowledge of the market, is how genuine his intention was to help us. We immediately felt comfortable with Christian and trusted him to guide us every step of the way. He was always available, even after working hours. Both my wife and I have 9-5 work schedule and it was difficult for us to attend calls or meetings between those hours and I greatly appreciate the fact that we could talk to him after we got off work and that he was always available. He also got us a bunch of gifts on our closing day. It was such an unexpected but pleasant surprise. " I selected Christian Cramer over top relocation specialists assigned to me through my relocation company, to assist me with purchasing a home. Austin is a very hot market and it is very difficult to find realtors who will take the time to truly listen to you and your needs. I needed someone who was always quick to respond, worked with my best interest in mind at all times, works at all hours of the day and someone I could trust as if he was a close friend or a family member. These requirements were necessary because I purchased a home in Austin remotely from Hawaii. I had meetings and correspondence with Christian as late as midnight in Texas (late afternoon/early evening time in Hawaii). Christian took large amounts of pictures and videos of the home my family was interested in so that we would feel comfortable purchasing remotely. Christian negotiated with the seller to allow him to perform a pre-blue tape walk-through of the home to expedite home touch-ups prior to my arrival.
